SRS is your place for document scanning and archiving. SRS can scan all of your documents big to small into easy to handle, store and distribute PDF files. We scan everything from full color Architectural and Engineering drawings to simple black & white letter documents.

Our shop can scan black & white or color drawings and documents from as small as a business card up to 42 inches in width and up to 50 feet in length in resolutions from 50 dpi to 4800 dpi. We can also scan drawings mounted onto boards up to 3/4" thick.
Many different file formats types are available including the very popular PDF and TIF. Once a document has been scanned, all files are named according to your requirements. This can include naming individual sheets as you would for architectural drawings. Or to group multi-page documents into a single PDF file. For those of you unfamiliar with Adobe PDF, it is a great medium for file storage. Adobe Reader, the program used to view PDF files, is available as a free download directly from Adobe. The Adobe Reader program allows users to view and print documents, but does not allow the documents to be directly edited. The use of PDF virtually assures that all computer users, Apple computers users included can effortlessly view, print and share your documents.
